In a study of 269 women with bladder cancer, 81 underwent pelvic organ-sparing RARC. There were no significant differences in overall survival (OS), cancer-specific survival (CSS), or complication rates between organ-sparing (13% early complications, 7% late) and non-organ-sparing RARC (14% early complications, 6% late). Pelvic organ-sparing RARC offers similar oncological outcomes and may improve quality of life in well-selected patients.
