
This study investigates how older adults' perceptions of their built environment affect their physical activity and social interactions. By surveying 916 Chinese adults aged 60 and above, the research identifies key environmental factors like destination accessibility, neighborhood infrastructure, and safety as significant influencers of health behaviors. The findings highlight the importance of community design in enhancing older adults' quality of life and guiding healthy aging initiatives.
