
The study examined a personalized smartphone app's effects on sleep quality, wellbeing, and stress in individuals with subclinical sleep problems. Frequent and occasional app users showed significant improvements in sleep quality at 6 and 12 weeks. However, wellbeing and stress levels remained unchanged. These findings suggest that personalized digital interventions could enhance subjective sleep quality and potentially prevent the worsening of sleep disorders.
