
Response-guided salvage therapy for relapsed classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) identified patients achieving excellent outcomes without stem cell transplant (aSCT). A trial with 118 patients found low-risk cases managed with chemotherapy and radiotherapy had 5-year progression-free survival (PFS) of 89.7%, while high-risk cases requiring aSCT had 53.3% PFS.
