Phase II Trial Shows Efficacy of Camrelizumab Plus GEMOX in Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma

In a phase II trial, camrelizumab plus gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (GEMOX) demonstrated efficacy as salvage therapy for refractory or relapsed classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). Among 42 enrolled patients, the objective response rate was 94.9%, with a complete response rate of 69.2%. Most patients (69.0%) proceeded to autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT), achieving sustained remission. After a median follow-up of 20.7 months, the 12-month progression-free survival rate was 96.6%. The study suggests ocrelizumab combined with GEMOX as a well-tolerated and effective salvage therapy for R/R cHL.
