The retrospective study evaluated 44 eyes undergoing PI-less Descemet’s Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty (DMEK) with postoperative mydriatics. Both standard and triple DMEK groups significantly improved BCVA and stable endothelial cell density (ECD). Intraocular pressure (IOP) dropped significantly postoperatively, though pupillary block was a noted risk. PI-less triple DMEK offers promise, particularly for resource-limited settings, but requires close IOP monitoring.
