PO significantly improved the center-edge angle (CEA) and acetabular index (AI), while CFPO showed improvements in AI, migration percentage (MP), and other key parameters. The findings suggest PO and CFPO are especially effective for complex cases of spastic hip deformity in CP, where other procedures like FO or STS may be less effective.
