The study examines posterior corneal astigmatism (PCA) in eyes with a history of myopic laser keratorefractive surgery (M-LVC) using swept-source optical coherence tomography. Results showed that PCA orientation in these eyes is similar to that of virgin eyes, supporting the assumption that post-M-LVC eyes behave similarly in toric intraocular lens power formulae. Age negatively correlated with astigmatism magnitude, while no gender difference was observed.
