The study assesses the contribution of postnasal drip (PND) and chronic cough (CC) to symptomatology and correlates these scores with the reflective total nasal symptom score (rTNSS). The study showed that TCRF neurolysis significantly improved symptoms. At baseline, 97.4% of patients experienced PND, and 80.3% had CC. After six months, these symptoms decreased, with PND scores dropping to 1 and CC scores to 0. The findings suggest that including PND and CC in assessment tools can enhance understanding and treatment outcomes for chronic rhinitis patients.
