This study aimed to create predictive models for glaucoma-related adverse events (GRAEs) after secondary intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in 205 children (356 aphakic eyes) with a 3-year follow-up. Risk factors identified included older age at secondary IOL implantation, transient intraocular hypertension, and ciliary sulcus implantation. Two nomograms demonstrated strong predictive performance with area under the ROC curves ranging from 0.747 to 0.895 at various time points. The models effectively discriminated risk groups, aiding in early identification and intervention for GRAEs in pediatric eyes.
