This study investigates the impact of preprocedural 3D computed tomography (3DCT) in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for aorto-ostial right coronary artery lesions. The intervention group, using 3DCT to determine the optimal viewing angle, showed better stent positioning, reduced geographic mismatch, and lower procedure times, contrast usage, and radiation dose compared to the control group. 3DCT also accurately predicted calcium arc and minimal lumen area, enhancing PCI outcomes.
