The study explores cognitive frailty (CF) among chronic heart failure (CHF) patients in China, aiming to identify modifiable risk factors. Among 271 CHF patients, CF prevalence was 49.4%, with 28.8% potentially reversible and 20.7% reversible CF. Logistic regression linked CF with BMI, blood pressure, nutrition, and social support. Findings highlight the need for interventions targeting these factors to improve CF status in CHF patients, suggesting potential clinical trial directions for healthcare professionals.
