The systematic review and meta-analysis examine the prevalence of depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders in individuals with post-COVID-19 syndrome. Analysis of 143 studies with 7,782,124 participants and 132 studies with 9,320,687 participants reveals depression and anxiety rates at 23% and a sleep disorder prevalence of 45%. Significant variations across regions and assessment scales were noted. Meta-regression analysis indicates correlations with sample size, participant age, and gender ratio. Publication bias is evident for depression and sleep disorder. The study underscores the necessity for tailored mental health support for COVID-19 survivors.
