Prevalence of Incidental MRI Findings in Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

The study estimates the prevalence of clinically relevant incidental findings on MRI in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and suspected meniscal tears. It found that 8.03% of patients had concerning findings, such as subchondral insufficiency fractures, avascular necrosis, and tumors, which may influence management and require further imaging.
