Tumor‐stroma Ratio(TSR) is a promising parameter representing the abundance of the stroma validated in many solid tumours. However, it is still not clear which part of stroma mainly contribute to the prognostic value of TSR. This study aims to confirm the predictive value of TSR in a large cohort of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and further demonstrate that cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs)‐stroma ratio (CSR) contributed to the prognostic value of TSR. In multivariate analysis, TSR was identified as an independent prognostic factor for disease‐free survival (DFS) (P < 0.001) and oral cancer‐specific survival (OCSS) (P < 0.001). The interaction term statistically significant histological grade for DFS and OCSS separately. The predictive value of TSR is validated in OSCC, particularly in moderate and high differentiation. And CSR plays its part in the prognosis of TSR.

A Swedish population-based genetic study using data from 1,510,974 individuals identified five interconnected clusters of psychiatric and substance use disorders: internalizing, externalizing, neurodevelopmental, eating, and psychotic disorders. Genetic risks for major depression and drug use disorder were central, while ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and autism spectrum disorder bridged different clusters.

An umbrella review of 69 systematic reviews covering 970 studies and 221 factors identified six factors with convincing evidence of association with psychotic disorders. High population attributable fractions were observed for childhood adversities (40.69%), Toxoplasma gondii IgG positivity (20.47%), frequent cannabis use (12.75%), and clinical high risk for psychosis (12.68%).

A validation study found that Norwegian versions of the TOPSE and Teen TOPSE questionnaires demonstrated good-to-excellent psychometric properties in parents of children with pediatric acquired brain injury. Internal consistency was excellent (Cronbach’s α=0.94 and 0.96), while test–retest reliability was strong (ICC=0.90 and 0.89).
