Differences in DNA alterations in prostate cancer among White, Black, and Asian men have been widely described. This is the first description of the frequency of DNA alterations in primary and metastatic prostate cancer samples of self‐reported Hispanic men. This cohort consisted of 1412 primary and 818 metastatic adenocarcinomas. DNA alteration frequencies in primary and metastatic prostate cancer tumours differ among Hispanic‐White and non‐Hispanic White men. Notably, this study found no significant differences in the prevalence of actionable genetic alterations between the groups, suggesting that many Hispanic men could benefit from developing targeted therapies.
