This study aims to assess the feasibility of using prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET/CT as a single imaging modality to guide targeted biopsy and detect clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) in high-risk, biopsy-naïve men. The research finds that this PSMA-driven single imaging pathway can detect many csPCa cases, offering an alternative to diagnostic MRI scans.
