Immunohistochemistry and in vitro analyses showed that denosumab reduced collagen 1, while zoledronate decreased RUNX2. RANKL remained unaffected. A novel OLAB cell lineage was established, aiding future research. Further studies on bone scaffolds, biofilms, and additional cell types are needed to fully understand MRONJ mechanisms.
