Rare Pediatric Rapunzel Syndrome Diagnosed in Emergency Department

Surgical removal was successful, followed by psychiatric intervention. This case highlights the critical diagnostic role of emergency physicians in identifying rare surgical emergencies like Rapunzel syndrome, even without clear psychiatric history.
