A retrospective study evaluated 91 patients diagnosed with THS between 2003 and 2020 and analyzed clinical features and outcomes according to established diagnostic criteria. Predominantly presenting as isolated ocular motor nerve palsy (82.4%), involving the oculomotor nerve in 52.0% of cases, THS exhibited MRI lesions primarily in the cavernous sinus (94.5%). In 27.5% of patients, recurrence often manifested during steroid tapering or after successful initial treatment. Age correlated with symptom duration, and high-dose corticosteroids proved effective, shortening treatment duration. Despite recurrence, all patients achieved complete remission, emphasizing the favorable prognosis of THS.
