Reducing Technophobia and Improving Mental Health in Older Adults

Smartphone training effectively reduces Technophobia and enhances wellbeing." This study examined the impact of smartphone use on older women living alone during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eighty females were divided into intervention and control groups. After 9 online training sessions, results showed a significant reduction in Technophobia and improvement in psychological well-being and successful aging. These findings emphasize the role of smartphone training in boosting mental health for older adults.
