
The study reveals significant regional variability in compressive strength (CS) within the nasal septum, with the posterior septal point (PSP) having the highest CS (0.204 MPa) and the anterior septal point (ASP) the lowest (0.072 MPa). The greatest CS differences were found at transitions between key septal areas, particularly at the caudal L-strut and ASP. These findings may assist in grafting decisions for septal repair and inform fracture prevention strategies.
