In this study investigating pulsed field ablation (PFA) for atrial fibrillation (AF) repeat procedures, a novel PFA generator coupled with a contact force-sensing catheter exhibited feasibility and safety. Among 24 patients undergoing reablation, successful reisolation of reconnected pulmonary veins (PVs) and creation of an anterior line (AL) were achieved. Acute AL ablation demonstrated 84% bidirectional block, with subsequent sustained block in cases of reconduction. The study affirms PFA's potential, showcasing safety, feasibility, and efficacy in repeat AF ablation procedures without major complications.
