
The study assessed the mid-term effectiveness of non-contact orthopedic robot navigation for lumbar spondylolisthesis. Patients were divided into two groups: one treated with robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery (MIS-TLIF) and the other with traditional posterior lumbar fusion (PLIF). While operative time was longer for the robotic group, it significantly reduced intraoperative bleeding, postoperative drainage, and hospital stay. Improved pain (VAS) and disability (ODI) scores were observed at follow-ups, with no significant difference in complication rates between groups. Findings suggest robotic navigation as a promising, minimally invasive treatment option for lumbar spondylolisthesis.
