In-hospital complications (IHC) occurred in 41% of patients. LVEF was an independent predictor of IHC, and RV-GLS/PASP provided additional prognostic value, identifying patients at higher risk of complications beyond LVEF alone.

Treatment-related infections and life-threatening adverse events were also less frequent, although neurotoxic events were more common with blinatumomab.
