The study shows that subjective cognitive decline (SCD‐plus) features are linked to abnormal Alzheimer's disease (AD) biomarkers in cognitively unimpaired older adults. Meta-analyses from nine cohorts revealed that self-reported memory decline and concern/worry were associated with high amyloid beta (Aβ) levels, while a higher number of SCD-Plus features correlated with elevated Aβ and tau. SCD-Plus features may help identify early preclinical AD stages.
