Screening for pre‐eclampsia by maternal serum glycosylated fibronectin and angiogenic markers

This study assessed the predictive performance of various biomarkers, including glycosylated fibronectin (GlyFn), for screening the risk of PE and GH at ≥37 weeks gestation. The results showed that combining maternal risk factors with MAP, PlGF, and sFLT-1 had the highest detection rate for PE within 3 weeks or at any time after screening. Screening during the third trimester was more effective than early screening at 11+0 to 13+6 weeks.
