Seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in Mexican Health Care Workers after Two Years of the Pandemic: The Picture of an Ophthalmic Medical Centre

A study examined the effect of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination on healthcare workers at an ophthalmic medical center. The study tested for antibodies and neutralizing activity. Results showed 98.4% of participants had antibodies from vaccination, 78.4% had antibodies from a previous infection, and neutralizing antibody levels were high (90.7%). The study suggests a strong immune response due to the massive national vaccination program and natural infections.
