The study retrospectively analyzed 263 chronic heart failure (CHF) patients from Jiaxing First Hospital, comparing treatment before and after establishing a Standardized Heart Failure Management Center (SHFMC). Patients treated post-SHFMC had improved outcomes, including higher use of key medications (ARNIs, β-blockers, SGLT2 inhibitors), reduced readmission rates, and improved 1-year survival. The establishment of SHFMC significantly enhanced CHF treatment standardization and long-term patient outcomes.
