This procedure resulted in a planned limb lengthening success rate of 83%, with no joint subluxation or neurovascular injuries. While there were minor issues with tibia regeneration in 16.6% of cases, the overall conclusion is that this approach offers a safer and more efficient solution for FH-related limb length discrepancies.
