Primary cutaneous T‐cell lymphomas (CTCL) 1 are characterized by cutaneous clonal accumulation of T cells. Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common subtype. MF typically progresses slowly from early patch‐plaque stage to advanced forms with tumours, erythroderma, and eventually nodal/visceral involvement. Sézary syndrome is characterized by leukemic involvement, lymphadenopathy and erythroderma.
