The study compares the efficacy and safety of oral sirolimus and sildenafil in treating intractable lymphatic malformations (LMs) in pediatric patients. Both drugs can reduce the size of LMs and improve clinical symptoms, but sirolimus is more effective than sildenafil. Both drugs have mild and controllable adverse reactions. The study used retrospective data from 24 children in the sildenafil group and 31 children in the sirolimus group, and there were significant differences between the two groups.
