Findings revealed six cases (2%) of TNR occurring on average 36 days post-procedure. These cases suggest that thermal and mechanical trauma during the moving-shot technique may contribute to TNR, emphasizing the need for smaller active tips and improved reporting to enhance prevention strategies.
