A recent study analyzed corneal volume (CV) distribution among 1645 healthy young Chinese adults. Results revealed a mean CV of 61.23 ± 3.22 mm3, with significant variations noted between Han and Yi ethnic groups. Correlations were observed between CV and ocular biometric parameters, including central corneal thickness (CCT), keratometry, axial length (AL), white-to-white distance (WTW), and biomechanically corrected intraocular pressure (bIOP). This study enhances the understanding of ocular biometrics among this demographic.
