In a study of 598 surgical cases (2001-2022), Hypertension (HT) (70.74%) correlated significantly with paragangliomas and non-incidental diagnoses. Those with HT showed elevated left ventricular mass index and wall thickness and higher rates of LV hypertrophy (19.40%) and remodelling (53.73%). Adjusted analyses underscore HT's predictive role. Vigilant cardiac monitoring is crucial for PPGL patients with HT history.
