A comprehensive study on endometriosis, a prevalent issue in women of reproductive age, has unveiled psychological components influencing pain experiences. The study involved the analysis of 22 surveys and 33 qualitative studies and found that while surveys linked higher pain levels with diminished quality of life and distress, they lacked cohesive psychological models.
