A retrospective study on salvage skull base surgery post-proton beam therapy (PBT) for sinonasal malignancies included nine patients. No local recurrences or perioperative deaths were reported among the cohort, averaging 48.1 years old, who received an average initial proton dose of 68.5 Gy. The study highlights the effectiveness and safety of salvage skull base surgery following PBT, indicating its potential for achieving local control in patients with recurrent sinonasal malignancies.
