STX6 promotes lenvatinib resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Using resistant HCC cell lines and xenograft models, we identified Syntaxin-6 (STX6) as a key autophagy regulator that interacts with Beclin1, VTI1A, and VAMP3, enhancing tumor survival. Clinically, high STX6 expression correlates with poor prognosis and reduced lenvatinib efficacy. Targeting STX6-mediated autophagy may offer a new strategy to overcome drug resistance in HCC.
