Subfoveal Retinal and Choroidal Thickness in Unilateral Fuchs Uveitis Syndrome: A Comparative Study

This study compared subfoveal retinal and choroidal thickness in patients with unilateral Fuchs Uveitis Syndrome (FUS). It found that affected eyes had significantly thinner subfoveal choroidal thickness (SCT) and thicker subfoveal choriocapillary thickness (SCCT), central macular thickness (CMT), and central macular volume (CMV) compared to fellow unaffected eyes. These differences persisted even after adjusting for disease duration and axial length, highlighting distinct anatomical changes associated with FUS.
