The objective response rate (ORR) was 92.6%, with 70.4% of lesions showing a complete response and 22.2% showing a partial response. The median duration of response was 12 months, and no severe toxicity was reported. These findings establish weekly hypofractionated RT as a promising treatment option with satisfactory efficacy and tolerability for elderly cHNSCC patients.
