Surgical Challenges and Outcomes in Adult Naso-Orbital-Ethmoid Fractures

A meta-analysis of 16 studies (459 patients) found ORIF as the primary treatment (90.1%). The most common complications included nasolacrimal duct obstruction (38.6%), postoperative epiphora (24.9%), and telecanthus (20.9%). NOE fractures remain difficult to manage, emphasizing the need for precise surgical techniques to minimize complications and improve patient outcomes.
