This study evaluated serologic responses to COVID-19 vaccination and infection in patients with immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMID) over time. Data from adults with various IMIDs showed that female sex, number of vaccine doses, and recent COVID-19 infection positively influenced antibody levels. Medications like prednisone and rituximab negatively affected responses. Time since the last vaccination was a key factor, with antibody levels declining significantly after 210 days. These findings suggest that IMID patients may benefit from personalized vaccination schedules, especially after six months post-vaccination.
