The global pandemic began in 2019. It has changed the lives of people with learning disabilities. The paper discusses how people with learning disabilities have been presented in the media and not heard or always shown as vulnerable victims. The study has found many sad stories and positive ones about people being creative and supportive. The present research looks forward to the future and shares ideas about how society could be different and more inclusive.

Blocking miR-30e-5p reduced atherosclerosis in obese and atherosclerotic mice, highlighting a potential therapeutic pathway.

Evidence indicates that ASC speck formation triggers caspase-1 activation, gasdermin D-mediated pyroptosis, and IL-1β/IL-18 signalling, creating self-amplifying inflammation and tissue breakdown. The model could refine diagnosis and help redefine the biological limits of vital pulp therapy.

Cyclosporine 0.09% and 0.1% ranked highest for corneal staining improvement, while tacrolimus showed early improvements in tear production and stability. Varenicline increased tear production but needs further comparative validation.
