A 52-week trial with 408 patients showed significant reductions in nasal-polyp size (−2.07), congestion (−1.03), loss of smell (−1.00), and overall symptom scores. Surgery rates dropped from 22.1% (placebo) to 0.5% (tezepelumab). The treatment also reduced systemic glucocorticoid use (5.2% vs. 18.3%). These results highlight tezepelumab’s potential as a transformative therapy.
