A recent randomized controlled trial conducted between February 2021 and June 2021 evaluated the impact of health education on the anxiety levels of COVID-19 patients during the isolation period. The results showed that on day seven, the education group experienced a decrease in anxiety levels, while the control group's anxiety levels increased. These findings suggest that providing health education to quarantined patients can be beneficial in reducing the psychological impact of the disease during outbreaks.
