A systematic review and meta-analysis assessed psychosocial interventions' effectiveness on non-physiological menopausal symptoms. Thirty studies involving 3501 women were analyzed. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI) significantly improved mood symptoms like anxiety and depression (CBT: d = −0.22, −0.33; MBI: d = −0.56, −0.27). These interventions also enhanced cognition and quality of life. CBT had lower total therapy hours (11.3) than MBI (18.6), suggesting reduced costs and burden. The study underscores the importance of implementing effective interventions to address menopausal symptoms.
