The study evaluated the efficacy of thermal-mechanical fractional injury (TMFI) in facial rejuvenation. Patients underwent three TMFI sessions, with improvements assessed via the Scientific Assessment Scale of Skin Quality (SASSQ), FACE-Q satisfaction scores, and MAZDA texture analysis. Results showed significant enhancements in roughness, wrinkles, elasticity, pigmentation, and erythema (p < 0.001). TMFI demonstrates effectiveness in improving skin quality and patient satisfaction.
