The study aimed to evaluate tissue eosinophil count (TEC) fluctuation over time in diagnosing Type 2 chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). Thirty-seven patients were assessed at three-time points (0, 3, and 6 months) for TEC, blood eosinophil count, SNOT-22, and Lund–Kennedy endoscopic score. Results showed that TEC remained stable, with no significant differences across the three-time points (p > 0.05). TEC was significantly correlated with blood eosinophil counts and percentages.
