Training and fidelity checks ensured effective SPS coaching. Coaches encountered variable participant engagement, requiring tailored approaches. Challenges included rapport building and role clarity. Despite hurdles, SPS adaptation for stone prevention shows promise, offering insights applicable to broader health behavior change contexts.
