In this study, CAPTURE with peak expiratory flow had 68.5% sensitivity and 64.0% specificity for CAT ≥10, 85.6% sensitivity and 61.0% specificity for mMRC ≥2, 63.5% sensitivity and 55.6% specificity for ≥1 moderate exacerbation, and 70.2% sensitivity and 59.4% specificity for ≥1 hospitalization. CAPTURE is useful for identifying and excluding COPD patients needing treatment.
